"Let's Grow Together"

Growers

Federal and State laws surrounding growing cannabis are evolving.  Growers, cultivators, and breeders are on the front lines of this complicated and changing landscape.  It is important for growers to understand compliance with these laws in order to ensure their success.

Processors

The USDA's recently published "Interim Final Rule" and Pennsylvania's 2020 hemp program are full of information that processors need to understand to ensure compliance with the law.  Deciding what material to accept for processing and the best way to handle that material during processing will be crucial to the continued operation of any processor.  We are glad to work with Processors to help them develop a legal compliance strategy.

Vendors

The retail end of the cannabis industry is crucial to delivering medicine and products to consumers.  Now more than ever consumers want to be informed.  Federal and State law impacts how retailers should operate and the claims they and their employees should make to customers.  We enjoy working with retailers to review their current marketing strategies for legal compliance.
